Ubisoft’s Discovery Tour is free now

Ubisoft’s Discovery Tour is free and great for educational purposes

Assassin’s Creed Origins and Odyessy are extremely large maps with plenty going on that sometimes you wish you could stop and take it all in. That is why Ubisoft created Discovery Tour modes for both of these epic games — Discovery Tour mode is based strongly on educational purposes and takes players on a guided tour and delves deep into the history of the Greeks and Egyptians.

The Discovery mode usually costs around $20 as a standalone game, but thanks to Ubisoft you can get your hands on it for free this week through UPlay on PC. This comes as an extension of Ubisoft’s Play Your Part, Play at Home campaign, which is helping people to stay entertained, educated and connected with each other while COVID-19 is making us all crazy!

“With millions of children experiencing upheaval to their studies right now, and teachers forced to adapt their lessons to digital tools, people are seeking new and enriching ways to learn. We’re really proud of the Discovery Tours and their capacity to make history accessible, immersive, and fun,” says Etienne Allonier, Brand Director for Assassin’s Creed.

If this isn’t your idea of Educational fun then maybe Rabbids Coding is more up your alley which is also free at Ubisoft now. Check out all our previous coverage on Assassin’s Creed Origins, Odyssey and the Discovery Tour here.
