Sega is bringing 4 new Olympic games to consoles… Mario & Sonic anyone?

Word on the Tokyo streets are that, Sega, is bring 4 new Olympic games to consoles. This is obviously for the upcoming 2020 Olympic games being held in Tokyo.

The announcement was made on the official Olympic games site with 4 titles, with on being labeled, the “official game”. The official game will be more realistic and concentrate more on a real life approach with no cartoon characters. The official game will be released on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, due in 2020. A Mario & Sonic title is due in winter 2019 on the Switch with a more arcade style of the same name to be released in the summer of 2020, and of course, a mobile version for both iOS and Android, also headed for a summer release
