Australia’s biggest esport and gaming complex, Fortress Australia, is set to officially open its doors this Friday, the 13th of March. Despite the spooky date for its official opening, TV Presenter/Producer and all-round gamergirl Stephanie ‘Hex’ Bendixsen is set to officially open Fortress Australia’s doors at 10AM, where the first 100 visitors will receive a Fortress x Emporium goodie bag (along with breakfast bites) and anyone who arrives before 4PM will receive a 2 Hour Game Pass for the LAN Lounge.
Fortress Australia is not your ordinary LAN cafe or pop-up gaming event. This is a place where gamers can call home and enjoy the vast array of options Fortress Australia has to offer. There is something for everyone; ranging from a purpose-built esports arena, 160 esports-ready gaming PCs, a dedicated LAN lounge and a high-performance esports Bootcamp room for teams looking to prepare for their next event. Just want to hang out with your friends and enjoy the atmosphere? Don’t worry, the 10+ screens across both floors broadcasting live tournaments and international playoffs year-round, ensure that you will never miss a minute of the action regardless if you’re at The Tavern enjoying a bite to eat, or at the Sports bar enjoying an apple martini (I won’t judge).
