“We are excited to announce our limited-edition keyboard collaboration with Ducky, known for their high-quality and performance-oriented mechanical keyboards in the gaming market,” said Jennifer Ishii, Keyboard Business Manager, HyperX. “The HyperX x Ducky One 2 Mini is a great addition to the HyperX keyboard line-up and provides HyperX and Ducky fans with a 60% form factor mechanical gaming keyboard utilising HyperX switches”.

This limited run of just 3,700 units worldwide sees combines the best of both worlds; HyperX’s red linear mechanical switches and RGB exposed backlit keys, with Ducky’s One 2 Mini’s 60% form factor design and Ducky PBT double-shot seamless keycaps.

HyperX’s red linear mechanical switches need no introduction — They are one of the highest rated mechanical switches for both performance and durability. This is thanks to their 80 million lifetime click rating, 1.8mm actuation point, and only 3.8mm bottoming out distance.

Ducky are famous for innovation, and it’s no more evident than with the HyperX x Ducky One 2 Mini — Its ultra-compact 60% form factor leaves traditional TKL for dead, reducing its desktop real estate by a further 20% over TKL designs. Ducky combines the exposed LED design of HyperX’s red linear mechanical switches with Ducky’s PBT double-shot seamless keycaps, which also feature secondary functions printed on the sides of keycaps for quick recognition. Ducky Macro 2.0 allows users to not only customise the RGB lighting, but also custom macros can be assigned to each of the 6 hardware-enabled profiles.

“Ducky is happy to work closely with HyperX to develop the HyperX x Ducky One 2 Mini with HyperX switches to give users the best combined gaming keyboard experience,” said Erik Hsieh, DuckyChannel International Co. senior marketing executive. “Our collaboration with HyperX is all about delivering solid and reliable mechanical gaming keyboards, we can’t wait for our users to use the HyperX x Ducky One 2 Mini.”.

The HyperX x Ducky One 2 Mini mechanical gaming keyboard releases today and is only available in Australia from PC Case Gear for $209 AUD.
